Wherever you are, you will only observe and experience things to the extent
they are in your mind. You are projecting yourself into the world, and as such,
you will see it. The whole world to me is heaven. If you are in hell but have
achieved some degree of heaven in your mind, it would be heaven to that degree
for you. And if your mind has some portion of hell in it, even if you go to
heaven you will experience hell to that point. We carry our world wherever we
go.
There could be no greater common sense than this:
do whatever you want to do, but take the responsibility. Once you take
responsibility for what you do and think, if you do not like what comes back
to you, you will not do it further. Or if you insist upon doing the same thing
then, for one thing, you are not taking responsibility, and for another, you
are suffering. These laws are infallible. So see that you take responsibility.
Whatever you project, you get back. This is a perfect Vedantic truth.
If you are pleasant, joyful, loving, that is what you will find everywhere.
If you are negative, resentful, opposing, complaining, untruthful, poisonous
and whatnot, be sure that you will find the same everywhere you go. Whether
you are a Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, it makes no difference. These are universal
laws. We cannot avoid them by putting on labels.

AN
YOU SEE NOW WHERE FEAR COMES FROM? Actually common sense is most uncommon, that
is the problem. Philosophy is abundant. It is not philosophy that makes us wise,
but Realization. To say further: where philosophy ends, Realization begins.
Where your thinking process finishes, your becoming process starts. As
long as we are thinking and philosophizing, we are not becoming what we want
to be. We may not know the laws, but everyone knows at least one thing: our
own common sense. If you have boldness to follow this common sense, you will
see that it releases you. God has given us this capacity directly. Do you think
God created techniques? No, man did. I am not against techniques either; I am
simply saying there is a direct way. If you miss the direct way, there are ninety-nine
indirect ways. There is a direct touch between you and your Master, between
you and your God, you and your Spirit. Truth shall show you the Way.
This is the way of the spirituality always. You are
going to see God. You are going to see the Light. You are going to have Liberation.
You have to reach the end of the universe, and if you are tied up with these
few feet and miles around you, you cannot possibly see the Light. You have to
look beyond. This needs boldness and Truth and Love.
